Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Im looking for a babysitter for my 7-year-old son. Hes a bright, curious kid who loves learning new things! Ive really appreciated babysitters who have encouraged him to read for 20 minutes, practiced cursive writing with him, or taught him about fun things like inventions and how things work. Im not expecting someone to entertain or teach him constantly, but I would love someone who enjoys engaging with him and encouraging his curiosity. My biggest request is to keep the YouTube and screen time to a minimum. Id much rather see him playing, learning, and having fun!
