Registered Dietitian (RD) - Now Hiring

Resolve Diamondback is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident health and wellness through nutrition assessment, education, and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and screenings for residents
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
• Monitor resident weights, nutritional status, and dietary interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy teams, and dietary services
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Review menus and dietary programs to support resident needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential required
• Current licensure/certification as required by state regulations
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred
• Knowledge of clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
