Company Description

TNM Solutions LLC, an independent Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring dependable, enthusiastic Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages throughout Rockford, IL; Janesville, WI; Belvidere, IL; Harvard, IL; and surrounding communities.

All shifts begin with package loading at our delivery station in Cherry Valley, Illinois.

Job Description

Pay & Benefits

Schedule

• Shifts typically run approximately 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, lasting 8–10 hours
• Shifts are available seven days a week
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day—Saturday or Sunday
• Drivers report to Cherry Valley, IL, at the start of each shift

What You’ll Do

• Safely drive and operate a company-provided delivery van
• Deliver approximately 200–300 packages per route to customers in Rockford, Janesville, Belvidere, Harvard, and nearby towns
• Use a handheld device for route navigation and delivery tracking
• Load, unload, and deliver packages to customers’ doors
• Stay active throughout your shift, including walking and frequently getting in and out of the van
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Follow traffic laws, safety guidelines, and delivery procedures
• Support your teammates and represent TNM Solutions LLC with a positive attitude

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 21 years old
• Hold a valid driver’s license in the state of employment; no CDL required
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Be comfortable performing the physical duties of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Maintain a safe driving record and follow applicable traffic laws
• Be dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable using navigation apps and handheld devices
• Be available to work Saturday or Sunday
• Successfully complete pre-employment eligibility requirements
