Working Civil Superintendent - Corvallis, MT

Join Our Team as a Construction Superintendent!

J & J Excavating and Trucking, Inc. is looking for an experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team in Corvallis, MT. The superintendent will oversee daily jobsite operations, lead field crews, and help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction and excavation operations.

Supervise foreman, equipment operators, and field crews.

Coordinate equipment, materials, and job schedules.

Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Monitor job progress and address job site issues.

Communication with project managers, employees, and customers.

Ensure employees follow company safety policies.

Qualifications:

Experience in excavation, demolition, trucking, or heavy civil.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to organize work and manage crews.

Knowledge of construction equipment and jobsite safety.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to work outdoors and travel to jobsites as needed.

Must be willing to travel when needed.
