Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 2+ years of experience and a valid Maine PT license.
Details
- Home health setting with Coastal Physical Therapy unit
- Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some weekends and compensatory days off
- No call requirements
- Uses Epic EMR
- 25-mile float policy between facilities as needed
Requirements
- Valid Maine Physical Therapy license required if applicable
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
- Home care experience preferred
- Driver's license required for consideration
- 2 professional references required
Additional Information
- Primary responsibilities include providing physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage prohibited while on duty
- RTO should be minimized, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract
- Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this during consideration
- Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility may be considered local and are not eligible for renewals or extensions
