Description
American Traveler is seeking an Adult Outpatient Physical Therapist with Lymphedema certification for a 13-week assignment with no call or weekend shifts.
Details
- Outpatient rehabilitation setting treating adult patients
- Day shift schedule, either 4x10 or 5x8 hours, starting no earlier than 7:00 AM and ending no later than 5:30 PM
- No call or weekend shifts required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Active Lymphedema certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minnesota PT license required (pending licensure accepted); license required if applicable
Additional Information
- Holiday coverage required as needed by the facility
- Candidates must complete required lab work and Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing the contract
- Fingerprinting must be completed in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date
- Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted, with none allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
- All RTO requests must be disclosed and approved at the time of consideration
- Local candidates within 25 miles of the facility are not accepted
- Former permanent staff must be separated from the facility for at least 9 months before returning as a traveler
