Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' functional goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Ohio
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract beginning on or around October 19, 2026
- Prior experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Experience with a diverse patient population across a range of diagnoses
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration
