Maxim Healthcare is hiring for an Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in-home, overnight in the Lancaster, PA area. This role involves delivering individualized, one-on-one nursing care, supporting daily health needs, and promoting a safe, comfortable environment for patients to thrive. Ideal candidates have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for patient-centered care. Flexible scheduling options are available, but overnights are currently a huge need.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, it provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN/RN in the state in which the LPN/RN will practice
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One-year prior professional nursing experience preferred
