Babysitter

I am looking for a baby sitter to watch my babygirl when I need personal time for myself, trips etc. My family currently watches her right now and I would like to give them a break. For my trips, I would require my child to stay overnight with said caregiver while I am gone this will be when I requested it. But this also means said caregiver will have to coordinate with my parents as well.
