About the Role:
Tri-City Janitorial Inc is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our growing team in Latham, NY. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning crew that takes pride in delivering spotless results for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of office spaces, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, desks, furniture, and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas meet quality standards
- Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior commercial or office cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift
- Must be available for evenings
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
