Delivery Driver

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our clients' locations. As a crucial member of our logistics team, the Delivery Driver will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to support our clients' operations.

**Duties:**

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers

- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment

- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered

- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products in a professional and friendly manner

- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or questions

- Product Verification: Verify and confirm the accuracy of products before loading and upon delivery, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are delivered.

-Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles, report any issues promptly, and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.

**Skills:**

- Experience operating a variety of vehicles, including box trucks, tractor-trailers, vans, or other delivery vehicles

- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures

- Ability to safely operate a forklift for loading and unloading purposes (if applicable)

- Strong knowledge of route planning and navigation

- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries

- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items as needed during loading and unloading

- Attention to detail to accurately record delivery information
