Outside Sales Associate

The Outside Sales Associate reports to the Sales Manager and manages named accounts within a geographic territory. This role focuses on prospecting, conducting client meetings and product presentations, developing customer relationships, and supporting account growth through regular local travel. Successful performance may lead to advancement as a Senior Sales Associate or Account Executive.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers within assigned named accounts and geographic territory.
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Complete regular local travel for customer meetings and prospecting activities.
• Provide timely customer follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in outside sales.
• Experience with prospecting and consultative selling.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Strong sales presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with territory management.
• Effective time management skills.
