Customer Service Representative

Iron Press Cleaners is looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to operate one of our busy retail storefronts.

This is not an entry-level “cashier” role. The right candidate must be able to confidently manage the store independently, handle customer concerns professionally, and maintain high operational standards without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with drop-offs and pickups
• Accurately tag, inspect, and process garments
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
• Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Close the store independently and balance the register
• Communicate clearly with production and management

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

$14–$19 per hour depending on experience and ability to operate independently.
Higher compensation is reserved for candidates who demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong decision-making ability. Starting hours at 35 per week. Full Time hours available upon request.
