At Pathway Family Services, we're looking for caring, dependable adults who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of youth who need someone in their corner.
No counseling degree? No problem.
No previous youth care experience? We can teach that.
What we can't teach is a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a desire to help young people succeed.
If you've got those things, we want to meet you. Perfect for future teachers, social workers, counselors, criminal justice professionals, psychology majors, behavioral health workers, and anyone looking for meaningful work that makes a difference.

- Celebrating small victories that become life-changing moments
- Playing games, leading activities, and helping youth build confidence
- Being a role model when a young person needs one most
- Helping create a safe environment where healing can happen
- Working alongside a team that supports each other as much as they support the youth

- Believe every young person deserves a chance
- Stay calm when life gets messy
- Enjoy working with others
- Like staying active and engaged

- Show up, care, and give their best
If you're 21 or older and have a high school diploma or GED, you're qualified to start.
We'll provide the training.
