We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves supporting our sales and operations through data entry and handling customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Quickbooks Online a plus
• Prior customer service or sales support experience preferred
