Production Operator

Production Operator Job Responsibilities:

• Perform line setup, changeovers, and verification checks to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Operate machinery, equipment, and tools according to work instructions.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Inspect, test, and verify product quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Accurately record production data, counts, non-confirming material and any issues on required forms or systems.

Production Operator Job Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly or electonics manufacturing experience (preferred, not required).
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed.
