What You'll Do
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
- Follow up with internet leads, phone opportunities, and showroom traffic
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Work with management to help customers find the perfect vehicle and payment solution
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Desire to earn a six-figure income
- Valid driver's license
