We seek a Ticket Agent for a predominant holiday festival. This critical role plays an invaluable position within a small, cross-functional ticketing team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. This position centers on efficiently managing ticket sales and reservations through a combination of standard and proprietary booking systems, with a strong focus on short-term tickets as well as handling long-term and complex bookings. The role also actively supports ticket promotions and marketing efforts while ensuring excellent customer service, compliance, and communication throughout the ticketing process.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing and reservation processing using standard, proprietary, and third-party systems
• Assist customers with inquiries, ticket purchases, and issue resolution
• Process payments accurately and maintain compliance with company policies
• Provide clear and timely information regarding ticket options and promotions
• Resolve problems efficiently while supporting sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of transactions and customer interactions
• Collaborate effectively within the ticketing department and across teams
• Adhere to compliance standards and operational protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong skills in customer service, communication, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and point of sale (POS) technologies
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
