Alto Staffing is hiring for an exciting Director of Admissions opportunity at Fortis College in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced admissions leader to take ownership of a key department, lead and develop an admissions team, and help prospective students take the next step toward career-focused education.

The Director of Admissions is a senior campus leadership position responsible for the overall performance and administration of the Admissions Department. Reporting to the Campus President, you will lead the admissions team while overseeing student interviewing, enrollment, starts, and retention.

What You'll Do

• Lead, manage, motivate, and develop the Admissions Department
• Oversee the student admissions process, including interviewing, enrollment, starts, and retention
• Coach and develop admissions representatives through regular observations, feedback, and performance reviews
• Establish and maintain high standards for professionalism, integrity, and student service
• Ensure prospective students receive accurate and transparent information regarding programs, costs, financial aid, graduation and completion information, and career outcomes
• Monitor departmental performance and help the admissions team achieve established goals
• Collaborate closely with the Campus President and other campus leadership
• Communicate student needs effectively across departments
• Ensure admissions practices comply with applicable company policies, accreditation standards, and federal, state, and local requirements
• Conduct representative reviews, including interviews, phone observations, coaching, and annual performance evaluations
• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-oriented admissions environment

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of admissions and/or sales management experience
• Direct educational admissions leadership experience is required
• Proven ability to lead, develop, motivate, and coach a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in an observation, coaching, and training-focused environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, prospective students, and individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and sound judgment
• Ability to maintain compliance with applicable accreditation standards and federal, state, and local requirements

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

This is a full-time leadership position based at Fortis College in Indianapolis. Some evening and Saturday hours may be required based on campus and admissions needs.
