Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Rep – Legacy Concrete Coatings / Eau Claire, WI “Sell the American Dream — one garage floor at a time.”

Got a knack for talking to people, closing deals, and making things happen? Perfect — Legacy Concrete Coatings is looking for Outside Sales Reps to join our fast-growing, fun-loving team.

What’s in it for you?

• 3%–7% commission (based on how much you sell - more deals = more dough)
• 3–5 leads provided daily (no cold calling - we've got the appointments booked for you!)
• W2 position with full benefits (yes, real health insurance and all that adulting stuff)
• Fun, team-oriented culture — we work hard, laugh harder, and don’t take ourselves too seriously
• No experience needed! We’ll train you up if you bring the hustle

What you'll do:

• Hit the road and meet customers who are already expecting you (we book ‘em, you close ‘em)
• Educate homeowners about how we can turn their boring concrete into something beautiful
• Close deals, earn commission, and maybe even become the office legend (you know, if you're into that)

What you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be hitting the road)
• Your own iPad with active data service (it’s your portable sales command center)
• Positive vibes, a strong handshake, and a willingness to learn
• Open availability on weekdays and the ability to work every other weekend (flexibility is key to success here!)

Bonus points if:

• You’ve done sales before
• You can explain what polyurea is without Googling it (don’t worry - we’ll teach you)
