Stewarding / Dishwasher
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (based on business needs)
Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Department: Kitchen / Food & Beverage
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Stewarding / Dishwasher team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout our restaurant, lounge, and kitchen. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to supporting the kitchen and food service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant, lounge, and kitchen areas.
- Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with keeping workstations and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Restock kitchen lines, supplies, and other designated areas as needed.
- Assist with customer needs as directed by the supervisor.
- Follow all applicable food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Non-slip shoes are required.
- All-black clothing is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Schedule
- Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Must be available to work the scheduled evening and overnight shift.
