Position Overview

We are looking for dependable, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to join our team at our high-volume waterfront restaurant. We offer a fast-paced environment where teamwork, efficiency, and exceptional guest service are essential to creating a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Food Runners: Deliver food accurately and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and assisting servers.
• Barbacks: Keep multiple bars stocked with liquor, beer, ice, glassware, and supplies while supporting bartenders throughout service.
• Hosts/Hostesses: Greet guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate seating, and communicate wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned work areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and general cleaning duties as needed.
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and motivated.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work well under pressure.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
