Robot Weld Technician - WE Day Shift

• Robotic Programming: Add, modify, and remove robot position points and adjust arc start files.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose welding equipment and process issues while supporting production.
• Preventive Maintenance: Replace wire feeders, drive rolls, torches, hose packs, liners, and goosenecks.
• Fixtures & Tooling: Perform datum adjustments and replace tooling sensors.
• Welding: Perform production welding and achieve RFC manual welder qualifications.
• Operator Training: Train loaders, welders, and inspectors on equipment operation.
• Continuous Improvement: Support Lean initiatives, improve weld quality, test consumables, and identify cost savings.
• Production Support: Assist with equipment installations, relocations, documentation, and consumable inventory.

• Ability to perform basic robotic welding programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of welding equipment, fixtures, tooling, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Ability to train operators and work with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
• Understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), safe work practices, and ISO quality standards.
