Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized prep cooks to join our team in a fast-paced, semi-scratch kitchen. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works efficiently, cleanly and can complete daily prep tasks with minimal supervision. Full and part time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily prep lists in a timely manner.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings, and other menu components according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, dating, and rotation (FIFO).
- Keep prep areas, walk-ins, and workstations clean and organized.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with deliveries, stocking, and other kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
- Basic knife skills and food safety knowledge.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, works with a sense of urgency, and takes pride in their work. Willing to train the right candidate.
