Bakery Associate

The Bread Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily activities related to the making, preparation, baking, packaging, and storage of bakery products. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and materials according to established recipes and procedures.
• Mix, divide, shape, and bake dough and bakery products according to production specifications.
• Safely operate and clean production equipment and tools.
• Inspect products during the process to ensure quality, appearance, texture, and consistency.
• Properly package, label, and store finished products.
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Comply with food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Follow production, quality control, and food handling procedures.
• Report quality, equipment, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Work effectively with other team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other production-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in baking, food production, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required by the job.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays, based on production needs.
