We’re Hiring For:

Daytime Staff

Evening Staff

Weekend Staff

We are seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers for our ISL homes who lead with kindness, think on their feet, and have a heart for helping others live their most independent lives.

PAY & PERKS:

• Starting pay: $15/hour

• Experience pays more

• Earn $16/hour for weekend shifts from Friday 3 PM through Monday 7 AM

• Refer a friend and earn $300 after 90 days

• Refer 5 friends and earn up to $1,500!

Full Time Benefits (after 60 days):

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED if you do not have this we will help you get enrolled for this

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong communication skills

• Team player with a caring heart and strong work ethic
