Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to join our growing team, with opportunities based in our Phoenix and/or Gilbert offices. While our firm handles family law, criminal defense, and personal injury matters, this position is focused exclusively on family law.

We offer a hybrid work environment and a competitive bonus structure tied to performance metrics, in addition to the base salary listed. This is a full-time role for an attorney looking to build and grow within a high-performing, team-oriented practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Provide clients with informed legal advice.
• Represent clients in superior, justice, and municipal courts throughout Arizona.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, maintaining organized case files and documentation.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
