Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with patients across a range of dementia presentations
• Experience with point of care documentation
• Experience using PCC and Net Health

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
• Patient caseload goal of 10 to 14 patients per day depending on group schedule
• Concurrent and group treatment expected
• Point of care documentation expected
• Evaluations typically range from 90 to 110 minutes
