Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to conduct detailed time studies, analyze production processes, and improve the use of resources. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and eliminating waste in all forms, developing strategies to enhance manufacturing processes, and supporting the Manufacturing Engineering team with ERP system integration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed time studies to analyze and improve production processes, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
• Identify and eliminate waste in all forms, including time, materials, and labor.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Support the Manufacturing Engineering team with the integration of the ERP system.
• Enhance the maximum production capacity of manufacturing lines.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gray, KY.

The pay range for this position is $33.66 - $38.47/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
