Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an acute care Radiology department, requiring ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification with 2+ years of experience.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting in the Radiology - CT/X-Ray unit
- Uses Cerner EMR
- Shift length options include 10-hour and 12-hour shifts
- Day shifts scheduled 0700-1730, Monday through Thursday, with call included
- Varied AM and Graveyard 12-hour shifts available (0700-1930, 0830-2100, or 1900-0730)
- Preferred experience with Siemens and GE CT equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- BLS certification required
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification required
- Fluoroscopy permit required
- CA Radiologic Technologist license required, if applicable
- Active state licensure required at time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted
- Copy of driver's license required for consideration
- Two supervisor/peer references required, one from within the last 12 months and one from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility
Additional Information
- No prescreen required; candidates sent directly to manager for interview
- Online training modules required prior to start of assignment, averaging 6 hours to complete
- Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
