Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room Circulator

Location

Johnson, AR | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (5:30 AM – 3:30 PM) with call | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the circulating RN in the operating room, coordinating patient care throughout surgical procedures
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment by adhering to established surgical and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and scrub technicians to ensure efficient OR workflow
• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and outcomes throughout the perioperative process
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required per unit scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or a compact state
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• All required certifications must be included at time of submission
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties in a fast-paced OR environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in surgical settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary surgical team
