House Cleaner

I have been unable to clean the tops of the kitchen cabinets and the fans in quite some time. Its getting more difficult for me to dowindows. I generally am able to keep the daily work up and we have a robotic vacuum cleaner that also washes the floors. So what looking for is a one time deep cleaning to start with getting all those places up high that I cant reach and including the windows. After that I would like somebody to come in and keep with those kind of things and do dusting and polishing the furniture on a regular basis so it doesnt build up. I would probably want somebodyto do the windows at least once a year maybe twice a year.
