Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Coordinate freight shipments and manage customer transportation needs.
• Negotiate rates with customers and freight carriers.
• Assist account managers with daily operations and business development.
• Help expand the company's Full Truckload (FTL) business.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and develop effective solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and communicating with new people.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn logistics systems and transportation operations.
• Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, sales, dispatching, or account management is a plus.
