Job Summary
Xray Technologist in a healthcare organization located at the facilitys designated area. This night shift position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures across various units, including routine radiology exams and fluoroscopy. The role requires adaptability to float between units based on operational needs.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, Years of Experience: ARRT Radiology (ARRT R), BLS certification, at least 1 year of experience, valid state license (compact license preferred), and the ability to work nights (Thursdays through Sundays, 2030-0700), minimum 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: Night shift, four 10-hour shifts per week (Thursdays to Sundays, 2030-0700).
- Responsible for performing routine and specialized radiology procedures, including abdomen decubitus, chest, pelvis, spine, extremities, and fluoroscopy.
- Utilizes various imaging equipment, including C-Arm and portable X-ray units.
- Completes modules related to job responsibilities during pre-start and orientation periods.
- Must include response to candidate screening questions about previous experience at a similar facility and references covering one year of employment within the past three years.
- Travelers may be required to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location, with proper communication devices provided by the client.
