About the Position 

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, recommend products, prepare quotes, and coordinate automotive accessory installations. Products include hitches, bumpers, fender flares, nerf bars, bed liners, tonneau covers, and other aftermarket accessories and upgrades.
While this is a performance-driven position, strong customer service skills are more important to us than traditional sales experience. We want someone who enjoys helping people, builds trust with customers, and takes pride in delivering a great experience from start to finish.

Great Pay + A Retail Schedule That’s Hard to Find 

This position offers hourly base pay plus commission and the range reflects total earning potential, giving you consistent hourly income with additional earning potential based on performance.

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM No evenings. No weekends.
