• Must be a US Person
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivables or general accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in processing invoices, processing payments, collections, and account records preferred.
• Good math and communication skills are required.
• Must have strong computer skills - proficient in MS office, specifically Word & Excel. Must have ERP/MRP experience, SAP preferred.
• Must be able to carry out simple instructions.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be available first and last 3 days of every month due to monthly/quarterly/year-end close.
