Position Summary: Warehouse Clerk
As a Warehouse Clerk in a Gilroy facilty, you are a vital part of the operational engine that keeps our supply chain moving seamlessly. You will work closely with inventory control, shipping, and fulfillment teams to ensure that inbound and outbound goods are accurately tracked, processed, and prepared for fast delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management & Tracking: Perform accurate data entry, barcode scanning, and cycle counts within our proprietary warehouse management system to maintain real-time inventory visibility.
• Receiving & Processing: Receive inbound shipments, inspect products for quality or damage, verify packing slips, and flag discrepancies or serialization details.
• Order Support & Logistics: Assist with picking, packing, kitting, and staging B2B and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) orders to meet strict daily shipping deadlines.
• Quality Control: Adhere to rigorous safety and quality assurance standards to ensure error-free fulfillment across multiple retail and e-commerce platforms.
• Documentation & Communication: Prepare shipping manifests, bills of lading, and internal warehouse reports while coordinating effectively with shift supervisors and account managers.

Qualifications & Ideal Skills:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or 3PL environment.
• Strong comfort with technology, including warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and basic spreadsheet software.
• High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift warehouse materials as required by daily operational needs.
