Accounting Manager (Manufacturing / Small/Mid-Sized Company)

Initiating a search for an Accounting Manager for a well-positioned, small/mid-sized manufacturing company. Position will lead a small team of experienced professionals and be responsible for overseeing/managing the majority/all aspects of the accounting/finance function (i.e. transactional accounting (including cost accounting), month-end close, financial reporting, financial/operational analysis (FP&A), KPI's/dashboarding, etc.) and driving both the identification and capture of accounting/finance/business process (and technology) streamlining/value-add opportunities. Position will be heavily involved with and have touchpoints across the organization.
