Responsibilities
- Coordinate driver dispatch, pickups, deliveries, and appointments
- Monitor load readiness and communicate with teams
- Schedule loads via the Uber portal
- Manage driver check-ins, checkouts, and dock assignments
- Maintain driver logs, shipping paperwork, and records
Qualifications
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Routing and dispatch experience

- Routing, dispatch, driver dispatch

- Driver check-in/out, dock assignment
- Shipping records and discrepancy documentation
