1. Job Description: Travel ICU RN

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current Critical Care experience required.
• Must be willing to float to PCU as needed.
• Experience with ventilators, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required.
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Active Massachusetts RN license must be in hand. Pending licenses are not accepted.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification required.
• NIHSS certification required.
• Must have their own vehicle (mandatory).
• Permanent address must be included in the profile.
• Must be reachable by phone and have voicemail set up.
• Candidates cannot work this assignment alongside another permanent placement or travel assignment.

Schedule

• Block scheduling is not available.
• Travelers must be willing to work two holiday periods, if scheduled or needed:
• • Thanksgiving Day, the following Friday, and the weekend after.
  • Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after.
  • New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the weekend after.

Additional Requirement

The staffing agency's Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency (Nursing Pool) license must be uploaded with every nursing submission. This is mandatory for submission consideration.
