Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide information about products, services, and account details.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Process orders, payments, and service requests as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and data entry knowledge.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
