Physical Therapist - Clinic Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist – Clinic Manager This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist looking to advance into a leadership role while continuing to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy services to patients with diverse rehabilitation needs.
• Lead, support, and motivate the clinic team while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and contribute to the overall performance and success of the location.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of three years of clinical experience preferred.
• Iowa Physical Therapy license preferred.
• Previous Clinic Manager or formal leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
