Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Mendota, California

Make an immediate impact supporting young learners by bringing your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician to a vibrant school community. In this rewarding, onsite contract position, you’ll work directly with students in grades TK through 6, utilizing your skills to foster positive behavioral change and academic growth.

As a key member of the educational team, you’ll implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate RBT committed to making a lasting difference in students’ lives.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
• Experience implementing ABA principles in school or pediatric settings
• Skilled in providing direct 1:1 and small group support for children
• Professionalism, strong communication, and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA-based interventions to TK–6th grade students as outlined in individualized programs
• Collect data and track progress on student goals to inform ongoing intervention
• Maintain positive, supportive rapport with students and school staff
• Communicate observations and concerns to supervisors and IEP teams
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and collaborate on effective strategies
