Hybrid BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location: Hickory & Conover, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually
Schedule: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and ABA services to children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 25 in-person billable hours per week under CPT 97155.
- Complete behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and program modifications.
- Supervise, coach, and support RBTs.
- Monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ethical ABA practices.
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- ABA service delivery and RBT supervision experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
