Guest Service Representative - Now Hiring

AM Shift 7am - 2pm 

PM Shift 12pm - 7pm

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Check in, tag, organize, and process incoming garments and household items
• Carefully handle clothing and other customer items with attention to detail
• Manage customer orders and payments accurately
• Coordinate garment pickups, ensuring orders are ready on time
• Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly

We’re looking for a Guest Service Representative who:

• Enjoys interacting with people and creating positive customer experiences
• Is dependable, responsible, and ready to work
• Pays close attention to detail, treating every customer’s belongings with care
• Is a positive team player with a willingness to learn
• Enjoys helping people and remains focused performing repetitive tasks
• Is comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting/moving items when needed

No dry cleaning experience necessary - we’re happy to train the right person!
