Tea Production & Packaging Associate - Now Hiring

No previous tea or food manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for reliable people who work efficiently, pay attention to detail, and enjoy being part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish preferably.

What You'll Do

• Manually package finished tea bags into retail boxes, pouches, variety packs, and other finished products
• Count tea bags and other components accurately according to production requirements
• Assemble retail packaging and cartons
• Apply labels, stickers, lot codes, and other packaging materials
• Inspect tea bags and finished packages for quality and accuracy
• Check that products contain the correct tea variety, quantity, packaging, and labels
• Seal and prepare finished products for cases and shipment
• Build and pack shipping cases
• Keep packaging materials organized and stocked at workstations
• Assist with changing packaging materials between different tea varieties and products
• Maintain accurate production counts
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, GMP, and company quality procedures
• Assist with general production and warehouse tasks when needed
• Work with other team members to meet daily production goals

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
