Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting in accordance with facility standards and protocols
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to other units, departments, or patient care areas as needed based on staffing and operational needs
• Maintain performance standards consistent with facility expectations throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to meet and sustain facility performance expectations for travel staff
• Willingness and ability to float to other units or departments as operationally required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced or high-acuity environments
• Experience floating across multiple units or care areas
