Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Labor and Delivery unit consisting of 3 Labor Suites and 7 Mother/Baby rooms
• Lead and manage a team of 14 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 2 Nurse Techs
• Ensure high-quality patient care standards are maintained across the unit
• Provide clinical leadership and support to staff in Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby settings
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements relevant to the unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a staff RN
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Director-level role
• Fetal Heart Monitoring certification required
• STABLE certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing combined Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby units
• Strong background in staff development and team leadership within a clinical setting
