Travel RN – Operating Room (4x10's, Days)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Monday–Friday with rotating day off

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care within a 10-room OR suite serving a diverse surgical patient population including General, Orthopedic, Spine, Neuro, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and Open Heart cases
• Operate and assist with various OR equipment and document patient care using the EPIC EMR system
• Anticipate surgical team needs and adapt quickly to changing case assignments and priorities
• Participate in on-call rotation covering weekday nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Maintain current BLS certification and adhere to all facility and department safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification required
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Robotics training and experience in robotic-assisted surgical cases
• Vascular and/or Open Heart surgical experience
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
• Positive, self-starting attitude with the ability to anticipate team needs and adapt in a fast-paced surgical environment
