Full-time LPN/RN – Wellness & IV Therapy

A modern wellness practice in the Little Rock area is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to join our clinical team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who enjoys hands-on patient care but is ready for a change from the traditional hospital or bedside setting. The position will focus primarily on phlebotomy, medical injections and IV therapy in a professional, upbeat environment.

We are looking for someone who is skilled with a needle, personable with patients, dependable, and able to balance excellent clinical care with an elevated patient experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection
  
  
• Start IVs and administer IV therapy under established provider orders and protocols
  
  
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections
  
  
• Obtain and document vital signs and pertinent patient information
  
  
• Monitor patients during treatments and infusions
  
  
• Provide treatment education as directed by the provider
  
  
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  
  
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain appropriate clinical supplies
  
  
• Follow established safety, infection-control and medication protocols
  
  
• Assist with inventory and day-to-day clinical operations
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Active Arkansas LPN or RN license in good standing
  
  
• Strong phlebotomy and IV placement skills
  
  
• Experience administering medical injections
  
  
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
  
  
• Organized, detail-oriented and reliable
  
  
• Comfortable working independently within established protocols
  
  
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
  
  
• Interest in wellness and preventative care
  
  
• Willingness to learn and expand clinical skills
  
  

Previous IV therapy and phlebotomy experience is strongly preferred.
